There is nothing to refund right now
Arca Budget is in free public beta. We collect no payment details and charge nothing — so no refund can arise. If you ever see a charge referencing Arca Budget, it does not come from us: please write to us immediately at support@arcabudget.app.
You can leave at any time, with your data
There is no commitment and no notice period to observe. You can delete your account from the app whenever you want, and export everything beforehand, for free, in an open format.
When Arca becomes paid
Arca will become a paid service. You will be informed at least 60 days in advance, by email, with the exact price, and nothing will be charged to you without an explicit order on your part. This page will be updated at that point with the full refund policy, which will include, at a minimum:
- your statutory right of withdrawal as an EU consumer;
- the terms applied by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which will handle payments and refunds;
- a means of cancelling directly inside the app, as easily as subscribing.
Nothing on this page limits the rights you derive from consumer law.
